Birthday Card for a very dear Friend

Hi Everyone
Well this is my second post in a week, how good is that hahaha!!
I made this card for my dear friend Buttons.
I wove strips of paper for the background and embossed it, then added flowers using Spellbinders die Rose Creations and inked the vellum, added lace and bits and bobs, finally I stitched pattern no. a316 from Anns Paper Arts onto a small piece of card and then turned it into a tag attaching it with ribbon.

    Hi Sue - the background to your card looks just like a quilt itself! This is a great card with lovely colours. I must admit that the quilt is super in the post yesterday. Your step-daughter is a lucky lady. I hope you will also post a piccy of the one you are making for your granddaughter.
