Birthday Card for Katie

Hi
I have just made this card for one of my little Grand-daughters.
Katie will be 8 years old next month, bless her she is growing up so fast.

I used Messy Rabbit CD for the backing paper and toppers.

I borrowed the flowers off Sandy at Kentish Crafters  (Permanently borrowed that is ha ha!!)
She was showing us today how she makes them using Cheery Lynn flower die in the Grand Caliber machine  and used coloured tissue paper, I think the result is terrific, hope you like it.

I now know what my next must have purchase will be, the die and tissue paper, oh! and must get the brads for the middle.

There is a craft show on at Bluewater next weekend, so think I must look out for it.

Card for my Grandson

Hi again
I have made this card for my Grandson Jayson, who will be 17 on the 12th of this month.  I know it is a bit strange for a 17 year old's card, but I have just spent Christmas with him and his Mum my daughter Carol.
Well he spent all of Christmas teasing me, (I don't know where he gets that from) and reminding me that he is a man now not a kid anymore, Sooooooooooo  I thought this card would be quite appropriate ha ha!!

It is another pattern from A & N it is so cute.

50th Birthday Card for Kath

I have made this card for one of my lovely step-daughters Kath.  I used a pattern from A & N designs, I hope you like it.

I usually use Anns Paper Art patterns which I really love, but now and again I like a change, as I am sure you all do as well.

Bookmark

Hi,
This is the bookmark I have made for the contest on Anns Paper Art Forum, it was really good to do this sort of thing for a change.
I think it's about time I got a bit more adventurous with my things, I should be like Penny and work outside the box more often, she comes up with lovely items by doing that.
The pattern I used for this book mark is one of Ann's and the number is a352.

Birthday card for my Son

Hi,
I have made this card for my eldest son who will be 46 on 30th December, oh dear, how old does that make me feel.
The stitched pattern is from A & N, so lovely to do.  The reason I did the ace of diamonds is that people call him a diamon geezer, so I thought it quite apt.
The gold coloured backing paper is actually wallpaper, how cheap is that ha ha!!
Amazing how we crafters can save a penny or two LOL,  it leaves more pennies for crafting goodies.

1st Birthday Card

This is the 1st Birthday Card I made for my Great Grand-daughter Ava Grace.  Where has time
gone to, I can't believe she is one already.
I have used pattern a357 from Ann's Paper Art, I had better get the number 2 that she has designed, before I know where I am little Ava will be celebrating that one. ha ha!!

Card for Engagement

This is the card I made for my Grandaughters Engagement.  Georgina got engaged to Adam at her
21st Birthday Party, in Warrington.
We had a lovely time at the Party and stayed in Warrington so that we could visit my husbands family
who live nearby, we had a really good weekend, surrounded by lovely children,  grandchildren and great grandchildren.

For this card, I used my new Martha Stewart round the page punch, put lots of little hearts and bits in a dome.  The buckle is also a new die from Making memories.   So buckles with everything now ha ha!!
